Where do you
want to be?
There is only one way to get through the menutia and pain of divorce or a break-up - Through it!
And you will get through it - no matter how you feel and what you believe now.
Surviving my high-conflict divorce required stamina, continuous refocusing on my end goals, counseling, support and a lot of prayers!
I only wish I had a divorce coach at the time.
I made financial mistakes wanting to throw in the towel and move on with life, I doubted every decision I was making, I made many misjudgments and worried continuously about my children.
Divorce is challenging, whether you are the one leaving or not. But it doesn't have to take a long-term toll on your health and future relationships. You can heal completely - even if it doesn't feel like it today.
You may feel like everything is about the divorce, your new identity, the loneliness, the shame, the legal jargon. It is also a time of discovering some of your strengths and asking for help in the areas that are not. There are many aspects to break-ups, death and divorce that one mind cannot decipher at once.
You have to go through the storm to get to the other side, wouldn't you like to have the right gear; such as an umbrella, poncho, flashlight, compass, map, shelter. Think of me, your coach, as that storm gear ready to help you refocus, create a plan, overcome obstacles and shine the light as you go.
You still go through it, but it will be a lot less messy and more manageable.
The place you get to on the other side - the stronger, resilient, peaceful, happy you is waiting.
Let me walk the path with you.

Post Divorce Resurgence Program
Whether divorce is your decision or not, it involves a myriad of emotions and a great amount of work to make sense of it all. Good news is that you do not have to do it alone. Friends and family mean well, but they have emotions attached that could impact the ability to view the process from a clear perspective. A neutral thinking partner can help you think and plan for your best future.
This is where I would stand in as your navigator moving you forward in line for your best outcome and strongest self.
Divorce is Happening
Whether I want it
Divorce can be confusing and overwhelming without the difficult emotions attached to it. Include the emotions of hurt, disappointment, shame, blame and it feels like your head is spinning out of control. The stress of not knowing if divorce is the next step keeps you up at night and stressed throughout the day. Maybe you already decided and are unsure where and how to start the process.
We can explore your options or what you need to prepare for the process in my free consultations.
